5-6pm: The rain gradually comes to an end
Well, today I had to fetch my brother back from school in this terrible weather. We waited for bus 3, 39 or 81 at the interchange but none of them came for at least half an hour. The queue at bus 3 was twice compared to the regular and at 39, at least 5 times. Finally, none of us could take it anymore, so we decided to take the MRT to Pasir Ris Interchange. There we took a 21, which when arriving within 100m from our destination, a bus broke down in front of ours. We waited for at least another 15 minutes before all passengers alighted.
The trip to and fro Tampines took as long as it will to clementi-3 hours.
Bad day brings Bad luck...
