I left school early today due to my violin exam...which I screwed.
Scales: Out of tune
A3 piece (Vivace from fantasia no.9 by telemann): From the name itself, its a fast piece, and my fingers got entangled halfway through the piece
B1 piece (Moderato from my homeland by smetana): Was dreaming halfway and forgot about expressions and dynamics
C1 piece (Ballad by Malcolm Arnold): High notes screeched
Sight reading: Not enough time to read
Aural test: First question, I could not hear out the bass of the passage and thus anyhow sang it. Others were all okay.
Last year, Grade 5, I got a mere pass. If I can get a merit this time, I would be more than contented.
