Let me tell you a very short story. Here goes:
It was the evening of a cold autumn day. Beethoven was walking along a boulevard when he saw an old piano chucked in the middle of the road. Seeing this oppurtunity, he decided to show off his mastery of the piano by playing one of his most famous Sonatas-The moonlight sonata. As he played, people crowded around him gaping in awe as they saw the great composer play his sonata. People started to talk and cheer. Beethoven's face twisted into an irritated expression.
"EH! I play you talk who's listening!?" People were shocked to hear it. Historians no lesser; since when had a saying from the 21st century come out of a mouth of the classical era.
This very phrase thus significantly rolled down history. So, everytime we hear someone say, "I talk you talk who's listening?" we will always be reminded of the great composer of the classical era-Ludwig Van Beethoven.
